Meet Our Instructors
Randi
My name is Randi Bradley and I am the proud owner of Bradley's Yoga and Fitness. After taking my first yoga class about 20 years ago, I instantly fell in love. I fell in love with the way it made me feel and knew that one day I wanted to help others experience that same magical feeling. I started teaching yoga almost 13 year ago and recently became 500 RYT. I opened BY&F in hopes to share my love for yoga with others. My goal is to ensure that all our classes are accessible to all yogis regardless of any limitations one might have or experience. Come try a class at Bradley's Yoga and Fitness and see what all the magic is about!
Kate (Studio Manager)
My journey with yoga began in 2012 when my husband and I began the P90X2 workout series. There was one segment that featured an hour and 15 minutes workout of a rigorous yoga routine and the rest was history for me. After that, I had been practicing at various gyms and yoga studios in Southern California, until we moved our family to Holly Springs, North Carolina at the end of 2019. My practice continued again at various gyms and studios in the area. In May 2022, I completed my 200 hours of YTT and am looking forward to sharing my yoga with anyone that shares love for the practice. My favorite style of the practice is anything hot flow but love exploring all the styles as I develop my own as an instructor. I’m super excited to join Bradley yoga & fitness as the community has welcomed me with open arms!
Devon
I spent my childhood in the dance studio, training in everything from Ballet to Acrobatics before finding my home with the Radio City Rockettes. After sustaining a career ending injury, I desperately craved movement. Yoga was there to catch my fall. Over the next ten years I developed my personal practice and in 2024 I became a 200 RYT. I love all things yoga, but if I had to pick favorites it would be Hot Flow. When I'm not doing yoga I love to read, rock climb, and go backpacking with my husband and our two boys, Sawyer and Hans.
Jaime
Jaime is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT500) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training from Asura Yoga Academy (200 hours) and Yoga Garden of Apex (300 hours), both Registered Yoga Schools (RYS). Attuned to the Moon and mythology, Jaime crafts magickal musings into her sacred practice and rituals. There is a moon inside every human being. Learn to be companions with it. -Rumi. “No mud, no lotus” is one of her personal mantras. She embraces the muddy waters of life, trusts the guidance of the Divine, and meditates on the #OMazing lotus garden creation before her.

Kim
Kim began her yoga journey 12 years ago as a form of exercise. She quickly became a yoga enthusiast and discovered the benefits of daily practice and realized it was so much more than strength training! Yoga showed Kim how to quiet her mind. Kim's career in Healthcare was all about driving positive outcomes for patients. This translates to her passion to guide yoga students on how to manage daily stress and cultivate a more mindful, peaceful life through yoga. Kim is a 200 RYT yoga teacher, she completed her YTT in Denver, CO in 2017. To gain more knowledge, Kim has attended retreats and practiced at studios across the country. Kim’s focus is on Restorative, Yoga Nidra and Yin because of the calm and peace it creates in life off the mat. The yoga mat is where Kim finds clarity and peace. She loves practicing Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, Hatha, Restorative and Yin. She is grateful for meeting Randi and to be welcomed into this Magical yoga community!
Dawn
Dawn began practicing yoga after her 4th child was born in 2011 and the practice had a profound impact on balancing her life, mind and spirit. She credits yoga with creating a space to explore self-identity, clarity and creativity. After practicing for several years, and speaking passionately to all who would listen about the physical and spiritual benefits of yoga, Dawn completed her teacher training locally and began teaching and hosting Dharma Yoga Wheel workshops all over NC, SC and NY. A natural teacher at heart, Dawn, a school administrator, uses ideas of mindfulness and life lessons in both her school and yoga classes. Dawn uses a variety of verbal cues for the deepest expression of the asana, while incorporating a theme that threads throughout the class. Students are encouraged to find their own authentic voice, space and practice aligning movement and breath. In her life outside of work and yoga, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working in her yard and attending Wolfpack football games!
Elizabeth
I began my yoga journey in 2016. I was working out with a local group of women and 1 of them led us through a yoga class, my 1st yoga class. It was outside on a tennis court and I fell in love with it. It wasn't until 2020 when I got my 200-hour YTT but not for the intention of teaching. The training allowed me to get my foot in the door at a place that specializes in stretching. Since then I have received several certifications in assisted stretching and went to school to become a Massage Therapist. While I was in school for massage therapy I had a chance to try Aerial Yoga! Holy Wow! What a game changer! I absolutely loved the challenge of being able to get into some of the beautiful poses as well as how it made some more difficult floor poses way more accessible. That was in 2022, and after about 100 classes I got a 30-hour certification in Aerial Yoga! Even though I never thought I would teach yoga, I absolutely love bringing Aerial yoga to anyone curious about it. You can easily find me on my mat at any and all classes. I can never pick a favorite type of yoga, they are all just so yummy in their own ways. When I'm not on my mat you can find me at my office stretching or massaging all the lovely people, out for a run or at a Bender Street show. I have 3 older kids, a girl in her 20s and 2 teenage boys, a crazy husband and a very calm puppers.
Julie
Julie (she/her/hers) was introduced to yoga many years ago after her doctor suggested trying it to help with chronic pain. Being plus-size, she felt uncomfortable going to studios and gyms and gave up on fitness and yoga all together. Finally, a good friend convinced her to try it again at an inclusive studio, and she was so glad she did. She fell in love with not just a physical practice, but all of the mental, emotional and inner practice it had to offer. Realizing that yoga is for every size, shape and culture, she decided to go through Yoga Teacher Training. She wanted everyone to feel welcome, included and empowered. She received her 200 hour certification in 2020. Knowing the feeling of being a plus-size woman in a diet culture world, she went on to become a group fitness instructor in 2021. As a sufferer of depression and fibromyalgia, and having a special needs child, she completed a Trauma Informed 95 hour training for children and finished up her 500 hour yoga teacher training. She is also in the process of becoming a personal trainer, and hopes to become a 800 hour yoga therapist in the next 3 years. She can teach anything from kickboxing, HIIT, and strength to restorative, yin, sculpt and flow yoga classes. Her passion though is working with those who want to work through trauma, adaptive practices, sound healing and balancing chakras. When she is not teaching, she is practicing, knowing we are always students and always learning. In her free time, she volunteers at local schools, provides free yoga for teachers, volunteers with local animal groups, and sits by the ocean.
Lala
Lala fell in love in with yoga as soon as she stepped on her mat a little over a year ago. Within that year she completed her 200 YTT and is ready to start teaching. To Lala yoga is a way to build confidence and strength physically, mentally, and spiritually. Lala's hobbies include gym workouts, reading and writing along with traveling.
